Turn your course into a co-tutor in one sitting

In short

What you will have at the end

You will have a co-tutor that knows your course and teaches your method. It talks with each student one on one, between your live lessons. Students reach it on the web, in Slack, Telegram and WhatsApp, and on Google Meet calls. Your streams and live lessons stay exactly where they are.

Step 1: Drop in your course

Upload the materials your course is built from. PDFs, Word documents, plain text, notes and spreadsheets all work. Slide decks go in as PDF, so export them first. You can also name a web page you wrote, like a course page or a written guide.

Add your short videos too. Your co-tutor sends the right one when a student gets stuck on that exact problem.

Your co-tutor answers from these materials first. So its answers sound like your course, not like a random search result.

Tip: start with the material your best students actually used. A tight set beats a huge folder.

Step 2: Say what your students must be able to do

Next, list the skills your course builds. Write each one as something a student can do. For a vibe coding course, that might look like this:

Your co-tutor builds a skills plan from this list and keeps it in the background. Students just keep talking with their co-tutor, and it steers them to the next skill.

Tip: four to eight skills is a good start. You can add more later.

Step 3: Add your face and voice

Upload one clear photo of yourself. Your co-tutor's face is made from it. Once the face is made, we discard the photo, unless you ask us to keep it.

Then record your voice. You read a short guided text out loud. Thirty seconds is the minimum, but about two minutes sounds most like you. You can also upload a recording you already have.

Before you save, you confirm the face and voice are yours. You may use someone else's only with their permission.

Step 4: Meet your co-tutor and test it like a student

Your co-tutor waves and says hi. Talk to it the way a new student would. Ask a beginner question. Ask about something your course covers in depth. Then ask something off topic.

Check three things as you go:

If something feels off, tell it in plain words. "Be more direct" or "always ask what they tried first" both work.

Publish, and you get one link to your co-tutor. Choose who can open it: only you, anyone with the link, or everyone.

Post the link where your students already are. Good places are under your videos, in your community and in your course welcome message. Share it only with students aged 16 or older. Starting is free.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to film anything new?

No. You start from what you already have. Your co-tutor even sends your existing short videos to students at the right moment.

Will it replace my live lessons?

No. It works in the days between them. Your live lessons stay at the center of your course.

Will students know it is an AI?

Yes, and they should. Our rules ask you to tell students they are talking with an AI co-tutor.

Can students younger than 16 use it?

No. alltutors.ai is only for people aged 16 and older. If your audience includes younger viewers, do not invite them.

My course is mostly video. What do I upload?

Upload your short videos, so your co-tutor can send them. Add the notes or written guides behind them, so it can answer questions in detail.

Can I change things after publishing?

Yes. Change your materials, skills or style at any time. Students get the new version without a new link.
