What am I actually paying for?
Two separate things. Your plan buys product capabilities, how many tutors you can generate each month, and how many you can publish. Your credits pay for learner usage. The two move independently — you can get room for more tutors without a bigger lesson bucket, or more lessons without changing plan.
What's a credit?
One credit funds one lesson run, or one started 15-minute block of a voice lesson. Only your workspace spends credits, so the people you teach never see a paywall.
Do my learners pay anything?
Never. Learners don’t pay and don’t spend credits. You cover the lessons for everyone who uses your tutors, and they just learn.
Does building or editing a tutor cost credits?
No. A tutor generation comes out of your plan’s generation allowance, never out of credits, and edits cost nothing at all. Credits are only spent when a lesson runs or a voice block starts.
What happens when I run out of tutor generations?
Building a new tutor is blocked until your allowance resets at the start of the next month — every plan, including Free, gets its generations back monthly. Buying credits does not unlock more generations; the only way to get more before the reset is a plan with a bigger allowance.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Lessons stop running until you top up. You can buy any amount from the credit ladder as a one-off purchase, or move to a bigger included monthly volume. Either way your tutors, content, and learners stay exactly where they are.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included credits on a monthly plan roll over for roughly two months; on an annual plan they last twelve. Credits you buy as a top-up last twelve months from purchase. Free’s monthly credits never expire. Credits are always spent oldest-expiring first.
How do I buy more credits?
Use Buy credits on this page and pick the amount you want — the same volume ladder and pricing the plan cards use. It’s a one-off purchase that doesn’t change your plan or your monthly included volume.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. A change that costs more takes effect once payment confirms. A change that costs less — a smaller plan, a smaller credit volume, or annual to monthly — is scheduled for the end of your current billing period.
